Tiwony

Tiwony is a reggae and dancehall singer from Guadeloupe. He was born in France. He is the son of bassist Vicky Edimo.
two SACEM awards Guadeloupe in 2002 and 2005 for the titles "Beni Yo" and "Jamais le Mal", as well as a nomination to the Afro-Caribbean Trophies in 2009 and the Victories of Reggae in 2012 and 2013. He also won the trophy for best reggae artist at the Hit Lokal Awards in 2018 and provided the first parts of the triumphant tour of the group NTM. But Tiwony is not only a talented artist, he is also a committed artist, who deals with all social issues such as solidarity, peace, strength and spirituality that he shares regularly with African audiences, where he has given numerous concerts in front of thousands of people. In addition to his musical career, he is actively involved with associations charities, particularly for children. With already eight albums to his credit, around ten mixtapes and a multitude of singles and various collaborations, Tiwony is an eclectic artist with conscious and universal texts which address all the themes of his time. More than 25 years career and can be included in any intergenerational playlist. Fans of reggae dancehall and music in general can therefore expect an exceptional work of art from the Indomitable Lion.
